A true horror story: The abuse of teenage boys in a detention centre
The prison service and police knew of his interest in young boys. So how did Neville Husband get away – for decades – with the horrific abuse of teenagers in his care?
jun 2015 A “nationally acclaimed” head teacher has been jailed on 13 counts of indecent assaults committed upon on teenage boys.
Anne Lakey from County Durham, who had sex with two under-age boys, has been found guilty following a trial at Teesside Crown Court of 13 counts of indecent assault upon teenagers in the 1980s.
The Court heard how she took one boy’s virginity at her home and the other boy’s virginity in a tent on a camping trip. The prosecution described Lakey as a “sexual predator”. One victim was 15 years old, whilst the other was aged 13 or 14 at the time he was first assaulted. http://www.uppaltaylor.com/news.asp?act=v&id=109
