Dear Colin, I was at St Vincents approved school 1964 -1966, I have an abuse case in place at the moment going on. They say I was not there, what hurts is that I have a letter from the chap who did this so called break in which was a boys club run by the Round Table nothing in there apart from a table tennis table, I was forced to admit to this and was sent down, the Police have said it happened 54 years ago and is of no Importance, I still have nightmares today, this action changed my life for ever, I am at present trying to prove I was there, never told my parents about this nor my family, and was told by the abusers no one will believe you, distraught and angry yes I am, people are saying forget it, damaged yes I am.
