I can confirm that documents seized under warrant by members of the Operation Fairbank police investigation team (now Operation Fernbridge) as evidence in the Elm Guest House paedophile scandal (1979-1982) allege that the then Conservative MP for Basildon from 1979 to 1983 and later for Billericay from 1983 to 1987, Shirt Shop Proprietor, now Private Secretary to the Duke and Duchess of Rutland , was a regular visitor to the guest house where the abuse of young boys trafficked in from local care homes took place.
As such Harvey Proctor is likely to be a ‘person of interest’ to the police in regards to the Operation Fernbridge paedophile investigation.
In 1987, Harvey Proctor was charged with gross indecency, he pleaded guilty and was fined a total of £1,450.

In the `real` world Mr Proctor would find it difficult to get employment again with a criminal conviction (any)
I can only imagine that his employers are forwarding thinking individuals. My c.v is in the post as we speak to the Duke and Duchess asking for a suitable position in financial administration for their estate. Has `Honest` John a chance? (I will keep you posted).

Don`t worry I will – what would be really good if everybody with a criminal record (unemployed or not) all applied for jobs at `Pleasure Island` (is that the name of their estate?, or is that place Pinocchio went to with all the other naughty boys?) Lucky for Harvey that he is so well thought of and looked after by his friends. Judge a man by the company he keeps, they say. Pretty sure none of mine are nonces, but I wonder how many MPs can say the same!

Proctor, was a member of the Tory Pary who along with Enoch Powell revived the far-right Monday Club, which had links with the US and European extreme right through the Western Goals Institute and had a cross membership with the National Front- the club’s Immigration and Repatriation Policy Committee consistently put forward serious proposals during the early 1980s for the forced repatriation of 100,000 New Commonwealth immigrants each year from Britain. Proctor’s just a people-hating, nazi-collaborating, conscienceless scumbag, so it’s no surprise he’s a ‘person of interest’ in regards to the Operation Fernbridge paedophile investigation.
well that might all be a fair cop – but I can assure you once I am working with Harvey he will stop this `bully boy` tactics (fingers crossed I get a job!)
